Dirty Secrets works extra hard to build a community of respect, as we feel this is essential in maintaining a fun, friendly and worthwhile place to shop, sell and swap! Please help us continue this tradition by following a few simple rules:

 

BE FRIENDLY AND CONSIDERATE

Dirty Secrets is a community built out of friends! We want everyone to treat each other with kindness and respect. We ask that you be respectful in your interactions both in public and behind the scenes. If you do not like an item, think it is overpriced, etc. please be courteous and move on – do not let everyone know what you think J. We each have our own thoughts and opinions and we want them to be respected; however, please do so in a kind and thoughtful manner!

 

BE A TRUSTWORTHY SELLER

It is very important that you list your items as accurately and thoroughly as possible. We understand that mistakes and oversights DO occur, however, if they continue to occur your account might be limited. Please disclose as much information as possible (example: if you smoke, have pets, or the item has wear) to be fair to all buyers. Please ship or meet your buyer as quickly as possible!

 

 

WORK IT OUT

Dirty Secrets leaves the buying/selling process up to you! We ask that buyers and sellers keep a friendly, honest, and open line of communication. If you feel that your item is not as described, missing or broken, please contact your seller and work with them directly regarding this matter. If all means have been exhausted and you feel that you are getting nowhere, Dirty Secrets can provide you with resources that will walk you through filing a dispute.
